Social Media Manager

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company’s digital presence across YouTube and other social media platforms. The role focuses on creating meaningful engagement, increasing brand visibility, and promoting the company’s astrology, Vastu, and holistic energy advisory services through strategic content planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities

YouTube Channel Management

• Plan, manage, and grow the company’s YouTube channel.

• Coordinate end-to-end video content lifecycle including:

  • Content planning and scripting support

  • Video descriptions, titles, tags, and thumbnails

  • Uploading, scheduling, and optimizing videos (SEO for YouTube)

• Monitor analytics such as views, watch time, subscriber growth, and engagement.

• Implement strategies to increase subscribers and audience retention.

• Handle comments, queries, and community posts professionally.

Social Media Platform Management

• Manage and grow presence on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant social channels.

• Create and schedule posts including reels, shorts, carousels, stories, and static creatives.

• Ensure consistent brand tone aligned with astrology, Vastu, spiritual, and holistic themes.

• Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build an online community.

Content Strategy & Branding

• Develop monthly content calendars aligned with:

  • Astrological events, festivals, Vastu tips, and spiritual insights

  • Company offerings, consultations, workshops, and campaigns

• Work closely with management to translate expert knowledge into digital-friendly content.

• Maintain brand consistency in visuals, messaging, and communication.

Analytics & Performance Tracking

• Track performance metrics across platforms and prepare regular reports.

• Analyze audience behavior and recommend improvements.

• Optimize content based on engagement trends and platform algorithms.

Marketing & Promotions

• Plan and execute organic and paid promotional campaigns (if applicable).

• Support lead generation and inquiry-driven campaigns through social media.

• Collaborate with designers, video editors, and external agencies if required.
