🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.

• Plan, create and manage engaging posts, reels, stories and campaigns.

• Manage content calendars and ensure timely posting across platforms.

• Stay updated with social media trends, hashtags, viral content and competitor activities.

• Monitor audience engagement and social media performance.

• Coordinate with content writers, designers, video editors and the marketing team.

• Analyse performance and suggest creative strategies to improve reach and engagement.

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and current digital trends.

• Good communication, creativity and content planning skills.

• Ability to understand audiences and create engaging content.

• Basic knowledge of Canva and social media analytics.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

• A proactive, creative and growth-oriented mindset.
