About Dee Pet Services

Dee Pet Services provides professional veterinary care at home, including vaccinations, consultations, diagnostic services, treatments, and surgical care for dogs and cats. We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager to build our digital presence, engage pet parents, and grow our brand across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.

• Develop monthly content calendars, reels, stories, carousels, and engaging posts.

• Shoot and edit short-form videos featuring pets, veterinary care, recovery journeys, and educational content.

• Create informative pet healthcare content in Hindi, English, and Hinglish.

• Coordinate with veterinarians to develop accurate and engaging pet-care content.

• Manage social media engagement and build an active pet-parent community.

• Track analytics and optimize content for reach, engagement, leads, and conversions.

• Identify social media trends, trending audio, and creative campaign opportunities.

• Promote home veterinary visits, diagnostic services, wellness packages, and other Dee Pet Services offerings.

• Maintain consistent brand communication and posting schedules.

• Coordinate influencer collaborations and promotional campaigns.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in social media management or content creation preferred.

• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels and social media trends.

• Video editing and graphic design skills using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.

• Good writing skills in English and Hindi/Hinglish.

• Understanding of social media analytics, organic growth, and lead generation.

• Creative mindset, ownership, consistency, and ability to meet deadlines.

• Experience in pet care, veterinary, healthcare, or lifestyle brands is an advantage.
