Job Description – Content Creator (Content & Social Media)

Location: Andheri West, Mumbai

Salary Budget: ₹30,000–₹35,000 per month

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (All Saturdays half day)
Working Hours: 10am to 7pm

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and sharp Content Creator with a strong command of writing, social media, and digital advertising. The candidate will work closely with the Founder to develop engaging brand communication, advertising campaigns, social media content, and creative storytelling.

Freshers with a specialization in Advertising, Mass Communication, or Social Media are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging content and copy for digital advertisements, social media posts, reels, scripts, and marketing campaigns.

• Develop creative headlines, captions, brand stories, and promotional content.

• Manage and coordinate influencer and creator marketing campaigns.

• Plan and execute social media content strategies across relevant platforms.

• Develop brand communication and maintain a consistent brand voice.

• Research social media trends, internet culture, and audience behaviour to generate creative content ideas.

• Create compelling, engaging, and science-backed content for brand communication.

• Work directly with the Founder on advertising strategies and creative campaigns.

• Take creative feedback and continuously improve content quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent writing and content creation skills.

• Strong command of Hindi and good English communication skills.

• Understanding of social media platforms, digital advertising, and current trends.

• Creative thinking, storytelling, and copywriting abilities.

• Interest in advertising, branding, and digital marketing.

• Ability to develop engaging scripts, headlines, and campaign ideas.

• Good research skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Educational Qualification

• Degree in English Literature preferred.

• Freshers with specialization in Advertising, Mass Communication, Journalism, or Social Media are encouraged to apply.

• Candidates with relevant writing portfolios or creative samples will be preferred.
