We are looking for a creative, experienced, and result-oriented Social Media Manager who can independently manage our social media presence, develop effective content strategies, and drive consistent growth across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and handle the company's social media accounts on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.

• Develop and execute a monthly and weekly social media content strategy aligned with the company's branding and business goals.

• Plan and maintain a content calendar covering reels, posts, carousels, stories, campaigns, and other relevant content.

• Create and implement strategies to increase followers, reach, engagement, profile visits, and overall brand visibility.

• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, viral content formats, trending audio, hashtags, features, and algorithms and implement relevant trends creatively.

• Work closely with the creative/design team or independently coordinate the creation of engaging social media content.

• Develop ideas for Reels, carousels, static posts, stories, campaigns, and interactive content.

• Write or coordinate engaging captions, hooks, CTAs, hashtags, and other social media copy.

• Monitor audience engagement, comments, messages, mentions, and ensure timely responses.

• Analyse social media insights and performance metrics to understand what content is working and what needs improvement.

• Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable recommendations for improving growth.

• Experiment with different content formats and strategies to improve organic reach and engagement.

  Requirements

  • Relevant experience in social media management is preferred, with a strong understanding of how different social media platforms work.

  • Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and social media analytics.

  • Good understanding of organic social media growth strategies and audience building.

  • Ability to identify trends early and convert them into relevant content.

  • Strong understanding of content strategy, social media algorithms, engagement, reach, and follower growth.

  • Basic knowledge of Canva and/or other content creation tools will be an advantage.

  • Good communication, creativity, and copywriting skills.

  • Ability to independently plan, execute, analyse, and improve social media campaigns.

  • Strong understanding of current social media trends and Gen-Z-oriented content.

  • A results-oriented mindset with a focus on measurable growth rather than just maintaining social media pages.

The candidate should be able to understand the brand, create a practical growth strategy, execute it consistently, analyse the results, and continuously improve the approach to increase followers, engagement, reach, and overall online presence.
