Job Summary

Be Branded Productions is looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead social media marketing for multiple brands. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in content strategy, Meta Ads, campaign planning, brand positioning, and performance analysis. You will be responsible for driving brand growth through innovative social media strategies and high-performing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies for multiple brands across various industries.

• Plan monthly content calendars and campaign strategies aligned with client goals.

• Manage and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads to achieve business objectives.

• Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content writers to create engaging creatives.

• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.

• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.

• Conduct competitor analysis and identify growth opportunities for clients.

• Present strategies, reports, and campaign performance to clients when required.

• Work closely with the performance marketing and creative teams to ensure successful campaign execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• 2–4 years of experience as a Social Media Manager in a digital marketing agency.

• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.

• Experience in creating social media strategies, content planning, and brand positioning.

• Good understanding of performance marketing metrics and analytics.

• Excellent communication, creativity, and project management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple brands and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
