We are looking for a Social Media cum E-Commerce Executive to manage our online store and social media platforms. The candidate will be responsible for handling product listings, online orders, website updates, and creating engaging content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and other social media channels. This is a full-time office-based role where you will report to the Reporting Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the company's e-commerce website and online marketplaces.

• Upload new products and update product details, prices, and stock.

• Process and monitor online orders.

• Handle social media accounts such as Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.

• Create and post attractive content, reels, images, and promotional posts.

• Reply to customer messages and comments on social media.

• Plan and run marketing campaigns to increase sales and followers.

• Track website and social media performance and submit regular reports.

• Coordinate with the design and sales teams for promotions and product launches.

• Stay updated with the latest social media and e-commerce trends.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 12th.

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Basic knowledge of social media marketing.

• Understanding of e-commerce platforms.

• Good writing and content creation skills.

• Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• It is a Full Time డిజిటల్ మార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
