We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead our online presence, manage brand consistency, and drive engagement across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing content strategies, running campaigns, analyzing performance, and ensuring our brand voice resonates with the target audience.
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with brand goals.
Create engaging, relevant, and shareable content (posts, stories, reels, graphics, videos).
Plan and execute paid ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), and YouTube.
Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics to optimize content performance.
Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and queries.
Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other teams to maintain brand consistency.
Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI).
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Build influencer partnerships and manage collaborations.
Support in crisis communication and reputation management.
Proven experience (3–5 years) as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and scheduling software (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite).
Experience with paid advertising and campaign optimization.
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
Creative mindset with an eye for detail and design.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Strong analytical skills to measure success and recommend improvements.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or related field.
Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools is an added advantage.
