We are looking for a Social Media & Retention Manager to join our team at Athflex Private Limited. The role focuses on organic growth, customer retention, content strategy, SEO research, and community building across digital platforms. 💰 Salary (In-Hand)

₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month
(Based on skills, experience, and performance)

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media platforms through consistent, engaging, and brand-aligned content

• Plan and execute retention-focused campaigns (repeat purchases, engagement, loyalty, community building)

• Conduct SEO research, including keyword research, content optimization, and trend analysis

• Create and optimize hashtags, tags, captions, and content descriptions for maximum reach and discoverability

• Improve organic visibility across search engines and social platforms

• Track content and retention performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports

• Collaborate with design, content, and operations teams for smooth execution

• Brainstorm and implement innovative organic growth and retention strategies

✅ Job Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 10th Pass

• Experience: 0 – 2 years (Freshers with strong interest and knowledge can apply)

• Basic to working knowledge of:

  • SEO fundamentals & keyword research

  • Content optimization & tagging strategies

  • Social media algorithms and trends

  • Basic analytics and performance tracking

• Strong interest in brand building, retention, and organic marketing
