Job Title: Social Media Expert with Calling Experience
We are looking for a creative and confident Social Media Expert who can manage our brand’s online presence and also handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and manage content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
Write attractive captions, hashtags, and post ideas according to the brand tone.
Schedule daily posts, reels, stories, and campaigns.
Monitor comments, DMs, and customer inquiries on social media.
Handle inbound calls from customers and provide proper information about products/services.
Make outbound calls for lead follow-up, customer support, and promotional communication.
Maintain customer data, call records, and follow-up status.
Coordinate with the design/content team for creatives and campaigns.
Track social media performance and suggest improvements.
Required Skills:
Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, reels, trends, hashtags, and social media growth.
Experience in inbound and outbound calling.
Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
Confident, polite, and customer-friendly speaking style.
Basic knowledge of Canva or content planning tools will be a plus.
Ability to manage leads, follow-ups, and customer queries.
Creative mindset with a professional attitude.
