About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Expert to join our growing team at The Brand Craft Media. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and creating engaging visual content using Canva.

You will be responsible for running paid campaigns, managing social media accounts, analyzing performance, and improving online visibility for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns on Google Ads and Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram)

• Develop engaging content and visuals using Canva

• Manage daily social media posting and engagement across multiple platforms

• Optimize ad performance through A/B testing and performance tracking

• Monitor and analyze campaign results to ensure strong ROI

• Collaborate with the design and content team to maintain brand consistency

• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and algorithm changes
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads management

• Strong understanding of social media strategy and paid advertising

• Proficiency in Canva for designing ad creatives and social media posts

• Knowledge of Google Analytics and basic SEO principles

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Creative mindset with attention to detail
