1. Research, ideate, develop, and execute content for our social media channels keeping in mind the distinct content formats of each platform
2. Work with the creative teams to ensure the content is engaging, informative, and appealing.
3. Manage day-to-day content posting with effective hashtags.
4. Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules.
5. Organize and maintain social media plans and calendars, with posts drafted and scheduled for future publication.
6. Build and execute social media strategies through competitive and audience research.
7. Prepare reports with key performance indicators.
8. Knowledge of social media schedulers and analytics.
9. Should be able to handle multiple projects.
10. Monitor sites for customer service opportunities and initiate conversations on behalf of the client.
11. Stay current with social media trends and tools – includes attending networking and educational events, reading blogs, and listening to podcasts.
12. Strong understanding of user-generated content management, content marketing, and reputation management.
13. Strong, professional written and verbal communication skills.
14. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
