Graphic Designer cum Social Media Marketing Executive

You will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content for Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, YouTube and other digital platforms while also helping manage our day-to-day social media marketing activities.

This is a hands-on creative role. We are looking for someone who can both design professionally and understand what works on social media.

Key Responsibilities

1. Graphic Design

• Create Instagram posts, carousels, stories and promotional creatives.

• Design travel package posters, destination creatives and offer campaigns.

• Create creatives for WhatsApp marketing and advertisements.

• Design YouTube thumbnails and promotional banners.

• Create graphics for festivals, holidays, special offers and seasonal campaigns.

• Maintain consistent Holiday Professor branding across all creatives.

• Adapt one creative into different sizes and formats for various platforms.

• Work with photographs, travel videos, icons, typography and other visual assets.

• Improve existing templates and develop new creative formats.

  2. Social Media

• Manage day-to-day posting on Instagram, Facebook and other relevant platforms.

• Prepare and maintain a social media content calendar.

• Schedule and publish posts, reels, stories and other content.

• Write/edit basic captions, hooks and CTAs.

• Research trending travel content, formats and social media trends.

• Identify content opportunities based on destinations, seasons, festivals and travel trends.

• Monitor post performance and suggest improvements.

• Track basic metrics such as reach, engagement, views, shares and enquiries.

• Help grow the brand's organic social media presence.

3. Reels & Video Content

• Create basic short-form videos/reels using existing footage.

• Edit travel reels, promotional videos and social media videos.

• Add text, transitions, music, subtitles and branding where required.

• Repurpose existing videos into multiple social media formats.

• Coordinate with photographers/video creators when required.

4. Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator or equivalent professional design software.

• Good knowledge of Canva.

• Basic to good knowledge of Premiere Pro / After Effects / CapCut or similar video editing tools.

• Understanding of Instagram and Facebook content formats.

• Good understanding of typography, layouts, spacing, colour combinations and visual hierarchy.

• Ability to create professional-looking designs without relying heavily on templates.

• Basic understanding of social media marketing.

• Good knowledge of Instagram Reels and short-form content.

• Good written communication skills.

• Ability to understand briefs and convert ideas into visual content.

• It is a Full Time డిజిటల్ మార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
