Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the brand’s marketing goals.
Manage day-to-day handling of all social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.).
Create, curate, and schedule engaging content — posts, stories, reels, videos, and campaigns.
Collaborate with the design, content, and marketing teams for consistent branding.
Plan and execute paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and apply best practices.
Engage with followers, respond to queries, and manage online reputation.
Track performance using analytics tools, generate reports, and optimize based on insights.
Collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and digital partners for campaigns.
Stay updated on emerging platforms, formats, and competitor activities.
Excellent understanding of all major social media platforms.
Strong copywriting and storytelling ability.
Knowledge of social media analytics (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).
Experience with paid campaigns and audience targeting.
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, or similar).
Creative thinking and ability to align content with brand voice.
Strong communication and time-management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in managing social media for brands or agencies.
Proven track record of growing brand presence and engagement online.
Experience with influencer marketing and campaign management preferred.
