Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media & Content Executive to support our digital marketing and brand-building initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for content planning, social media management, influencer coordination, and performance tracking to help drive audience engagement and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy

• Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify content opportunities.

• Assist in developing content pillars and campaign plans aligned with brand objectives.

• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to generate fresh content ideas.

Content Creation Management

• Coordinate the end-to-end content production process.

• Prepare content briefs for designers, video editors, and creative teams.

• Review content quality and manage revisions before publication.

Social Media Management

• Plan, manage, and maintain the social media content calendar across platforms.

• Coordinate content scheduling, approvals, and publishing.

• Adapt content strategies based on real-time trends and audience engagement.

Influencer Marketing

• Identify and research relevant influencers for brand collaborations.

• Assist with influencer outreach, briefing, and campaign coordination.

• Maintain an influencer database and track campaign performance metrics.

Team Coordination & Operations

• Support workflow management and project coordination across teams.

• Assist in sprint planning, task tracking, and process improvements.

• Ensure timely execution of marketing campaigns and deliverables.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Monitor social media reach, engagement, and campaign performance.

• Track influencer ROI and prepare basic performance reports.

• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve content effectiveness.

Requirements

• Any Graduate (Freshers are welcome to apply).

• 0 - 1 year of experience in Social Media, Content Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related fields.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Good understanding of social media platforms and digital content trends.

• Basic knowledge of influencer marketing and content planning.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Familiarity with project management and social media scheduling tools is an added advantage.
