Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Executive to manage and grow our online presence. The ideal candidate should be passionate about social media trends, audience engagement, and content performance.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Manage and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Linkedin & YouTube)
Plan, schedule, and publish engaging posts and reels
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and DMs
Track performance metrics and optimize content accordingly
Collaborate with content writers, designers, and influencers
Stay updated with the latest social media trends and platform updates
Conduct competitor analysis and suggest improvements
Assist in campaign planning and execution

🎯 Requirements

1+ year of experience in social media management
Strong understanding of Instagram & YouTube algorithms
Basic knowledge of analytics tools and insights
Creative mindset with good communication skills
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
