About the Role

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Executive to manage and grow our company's presence across social media platforms. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media accounts, increasing audience engagement, and supporting digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain company social media accounts across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.

• Create and publish engaging posts, reels, videos, stories, and other social media content.

• Develop a monthly social media content calendar.

• Write creative captions, posts, and promotional content.

• Coordinate with the design/content team to create attractive graphics and videos.

• Monitor social media trends, hashtags, competitor activities, and industry developments.

• Increase followers, engagement, reach, and brand visibility through organic social media activities.

• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries professionally and promptly.

• Track social media performance using platform analytics and prepare regular reports.

• Suggest new ideas and campaigns to improve engagement and generate leads.

• Support paid social media campaigns when required.

• Maintain consistency in the company's branding, tone, and communication across platforms.

• Coordinate with the HR, recruitment, sales, and business development teams for promotional content.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong content-writing and copywriting skills.

• Creative mindset with an understanding of social media trends.

• Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, or similar design/video-editing tools is preferred.

• Knowledge of social media analytics and performance metrics.

• Ability to create engaging reels, short videos, and visual content.

• Good organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as with a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Candidates with relevant experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation will be preferred.
