Social Media Executive

Location: Panchanan, FF-01/002 (1st Floor) & SF-02/002 (2nd Floor), Ithums Galleria Mall, 1st Cross Street, Sector Alpha II, Greater Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh – 201310, India.

About the role:

Panchanan is a leading multi-brand fashion store in Greater Noida. We're looking for a creative, camera-confident person to bring our store to life online — shooting customer reels, creating scroll-stopping content, and using AI tools to produce eye-catching creatives for our social media and WhatsApp marketing.

What you'll do:

• Shoot and edit engaging Instagram Reels and short videos in-store, featuring customers, new arrivals, and offers.

• Create daily social media content (posts, stories, reels) for Instagram and other platforms.

• Use AI tools (image generation, editing, design apps like Canva) to produce marketing creatives, festive campaigns, and promotional graphics.

• Capture product and styling photos, and edit them to a professional standard.

• Coordinate with the store team on new launches, offers, and campaigns to plan content.

• Help build our WhatsApp broadcast creatives and seasonal campaign visuals.

• Track what content performs well and suggest ideas to grow engagement.

What we're looking for:

• A creative eye and comfort being hands-on with customers and the camera in a busy store.

• Experience making Reels/short-form video and editing on mobile apps (CapCut, InShot, or similar).

• Familiarity with AI creative tools (image generators, Canva, or similar) — or eagerness to learn fast.

• Basic graphic design sense — layout, colour, typography.

• Good sense of fashion, trends, and what looks good on camera.

• Self-starter who can produce content daily and meet deadlines.

Nice to have:

• Prior experience in retail, fashion, or a social media role

• Own smartphone with a good camera

• A portfolio or Instagram handle showing your work
