We are looking for a creative, trend-aware, and self-motivated Digital Content Creator & Social Media Executive who can manage our company's digital presence, create engaging content, and produce high-quality videos and visuals.

The ideal candidate should be capable of researching current market trends, developing creative video concepts, writing scripts, shooting videos, editing content, and managing social media accounts to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 and a dynamic learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Video Editing: Edit reels, shorts, promotional videos, and other video content for social media platforms.

• Content Creation: Develop creative and engaging content ideas based on industry trends and audience interests.

• Social Media Management: Handle company social media accounts, schedule posts, manage engagement, and maintain a consistent online presence.

• Poster & Graphic Design: Create attractive posters, banners, promotional creatives, and social media graphics.

• Blog Writing: Research and write informative, engaging, and SEO-friendly blog articles.

• Video Shooting: Plan and shoot videos for company promotions, brand awareness, campaigns, and social media content.

• Research & Scriptwriting: Research trending topics, competitors, and market developments to prepare effective video scripts and shooting plans.

• Trend Analysis: Identify trending reels, audio, formats, and content strategies and adapt them to the company's brand.

• Content Planning: Develop content calendars and coordinate the creation and publishing of content across platforms.

• Performance Monitoring: Track content performance and suggest improvements to increase reach, engagement, and visibility

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 6 months - 5 years of experience. Knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads and basic analytics is also important for this role.
