The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, customer-handling abilities, and a customer-focused approach to ensure a positive customer experience.

• Planned, created, and scheduled content across YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook for a media production brand.
• Developed consistent brand messaging that strengthened audience recognition and online reputation.
• Attend and assist walk-in customers at the showroom.
• Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.
• Provide accurate information about products, pricing, availability, and company services.
• Maintain customer records and update customer databases.
• Prepare daily customer inquiry and follow-up reports.
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and maintain professional relationships.
• Streamlined the content production pipeline, ensuring all deliverables met brand standards and were published on schedule.
Qualification
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Customer service or front desk experience will be preferred.
• Good experience in handling Social Media.
