SEO Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented SEO Intern who is eager to learn how search engines work and how digital content ranks organically. This internship offers hands-on experience with real projects, industry tools, and mentorship from experienced digital marketers.

Key Responsibilities

Perform keyword research using tools like Google Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Ubersuggest
Assist in on-page SEO (meta titles, meta descriptions, headers, internal linking, URL optimization)
Support content optimization for blogs, landing pages, and service pages
Conduct basic technical SEO audits (site speed, mobile friendliness, indexing issues)
Analyze website performance using Google Analytics & Google Search Console
Track keyword rankings and prepare weekly/monthly SEO reports
Assist in competitor analysis and backlink research
Stay updated with latest SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and AI search changes

Required Skills & Qualifications

Basic understanding of SEO concepts (on-page, off-page, technical SEO)
Familiarity with Google Search Console & Google Analytics (preferred)
Basic knowledge of HTML tags (title, meta, H1–H6) is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good written communication skills
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced digital environment
