About the Role

Dekho Becho is looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing & Social Media Executive to grow our brand and increase app downloads through effective social media marketing and paid advertising. The ideal candidate should have experience in Meta Ads, content creation, graphic designing, and video editing.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns to increase app downloads and brand reach.

• Create engaging graphics, reels, and promotional videos for social media.

• Manage and grow social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

• Develop content calendars and execute marketing campaigns.

• Monitor campaign performance and optimize ads for better results.

• Collaborate with influencers and marketing partners.

• Stay updated with the latest social media trends and digital marketing strategies.
  

Required Skills

• Experience with Meta Ads Manager.

• Graphic designing skills (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).

• Video editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, etc.).

• Strong understanding of social media marketing and content creation.

• Creative thinking, communication, and analytical skills.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Social Media Marketing.
