We are looking for an experienced Sales Leader to drive admissions growth and lead a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and mentor the admissions and sales team.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback.
Track leads, conversions, and sales metrics to improve results.
Conduct training sessions and role-play activities.
Handle escalated student and parent queries.
Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation campaigns.
Improve sales processes, scripts, and follow-up systems.
Prepare reports and present performance insights to management.
Build a high-performance and target-oriented sales culture.
Requirements
✔ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
✔ Minimum 3 years of sales experience with 1–2 years in team handling or leadership role.
✔ Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
✔ Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing abilities.
✔ Experience in Education, EdTech, Training Institutes, or service-based sales is preferred.
✔ Knowledge of CRM tools and sales reporting.
