Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage day-to-day production activities in the weaving/fabric manufacturing unit.

- Monitor production targets, machine performance, and workflow.

- Handle and coordinate workers/operators to ensure smooth production.

- Ensure proper production planning and timely completion of orders.

- Monitor fabric quality and identify production defects or issues.

- Coordinate with production, quality, maintenance, and other departments.

- Maintain daily production reports, machine records, and worker attendance.

- Ensure proper utilization of raw materials and minimize wastage.

- Monitor machine breakdowns and coordinate with maintenance staff for quick resolution.

- Ensure compliance with safety, discipline, and workplace procedures.

- Maintain production efficiency and achieve daily/monthly targets.

Candidate Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in textile weaving, fabric manufacturing, or synthetic grey cloth industry.

- Good knowledge of weaving production processes and machine operations.

- Strong team-handling and workforce management skills.

- Ability to manage production targets and solve day-to-day operational issues.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Candidates with experience in synthetic grey fabric/weaving units will be preferred.
