Performance Marketing & E-commerce Manager

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and other digital platforms.

• Manage campaign budgets and maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.

• Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other analytics tools.

• Implement A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and ad copies to improve conversions.

• Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

E-commerce Management

• Manage company website and online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, JioMart, Meesho, and other e-commerce platforms.

• Ensure accurate product listings, pricing, inventory, and promotional campaigns.

• Improve product visibility through SEO and marketplace optimization.

• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer support teams for smooth order fulfillment.

• Monitor sales trends, customer reviews, and product performance.

Digital Marketing

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase website traffic and online sales.

• Collaborate with the creative team for banners, videos, product images, and promotional content.

• Manage email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, and remarketing campaigns.

• Work closely with influencers, affiliates, and external marketing agencies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.

• Knowledge of CRM tools, email marketing platforms, and marketing automation.

• Familiarity with AI-based marketing tools and data visualization platforms.

• Experience in the FMCG, Cosmetics, or Consumer Products industry will be an added advantage.
