JD: OPERATIONS MANAGER

Location: Ashok Vihar, Delhi

Experience: Minimum 2 Years, digital marketing knowledge required.

We are looking for a Operations Manager with strong knowledge of social media, Meta Ads, content creation, and client management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and coordinate digital marketing activities for multiple clients

• Plan and execute social media marketing strategies

• Coordinate and monitor Meta Ads campaigns with the performance marketing team

• Plan and review content calendars, reels, creatives, and social media campaigns

• Coordinate with SEO, Content, Design, Video and Web teams for smooth execution

• Understand SEO and AEO strategies and assist the SEO team when required

• Review social media designs and videos to ensure they meet brand and platform requirements

• Coordinate website-related requirements with the web development team

• Communicate with clients, understand their requirements, and provide regular updates

• Prepare campaign updates, reports, presentations, and performance summaries

• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure timely delivery of work

• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional digital marketing services

• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, platforms, and AI developments

REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent knowledge of Social Media Marketing, Meta Ads & Content Creation

• Working knowledge of SEO & AEO

• Basic understanding of Graphic Design, Video Editing & Website Design

• Excellent client communication and relationship management skills

• Strong upselling and business development skills

• Good team coordination and project management abilities

• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and trends

• It is a Full Time డిజిటల్ మార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 2 - 6 years of experience.
