Responsibilities
Plan, create, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.
Set up Sales, Conversion, and Retargeting campaigns.
Install and manage Meta Pixel and Conversion API.
Create Custom Audiences and Lookalike Audiences.
Monitor daily campaign performance.
Optimize campaigns to improve ROAS and reduce CPA.
Conduct A/B testing for creatives, copy, and audiences.
Coordinate with the content manager for ad creatives.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Manage ad budgets efficiently.
Stay updated with Meta Ads trends and policy changes.
Skills Required
1-3 years of experience with Meta Ads.
Experience with D2C or e-commerce brands.
Good understanding of:
Meta Ads Manager
Meta Pixel
Conversion API
Events Manager
Audience targeting
Retargeting
ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, CPM
Basic knowledge of WordPress and analytics is a plus.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Preferred Experience
Worked with Shopify or WordPress e-commerce websites.
Experience running campaigns for FMCG, food, wellness, or lifestyle brands.
Understanding of customer funnels and conversion optimization.
