Marketing Executive

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Consultant to manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads

• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for leads, conversions, and ROI

• Manage budgets and bidding strategies effectively

• Generate high-quality leads for clients across different industries

• Analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics and Ads Manager

• Conduct A/B testing and continuously improve campaign results

• Coordinate with the creative team for ad copies and visuals

• Prepare performance reports and insights

Requirements:

• Basic to advanced knowledge of Facebook Ads and Google Ads

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Understanding of conversion tracking and funnels

• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

• Good communication skills

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with CRM tools

• Knowledge of landing page optimization

• Prior agency experience
