About the Role:
Linosilk International is hiring an E-commerce & Digital Marketing Executive to manage and grow our online presence. This role involves running digital marketing campaigns and managing around 80% of our e-commerce platform operations. It’s a hands-on role with a lot of learning and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and operate the majority of our e-commerce platform (product listings, inventory updates, basic order handling, etc.).

• Plan, execute, and monitor paid ad campaigns on Google, Facebook, and Instagram.

• Improve social media presence through engaging posts, stories, and platform-specific strategies.

• Conduct keyword research and optimize the website for better SEO rankings.

• Track campaign and platform performance using analytics tools.

• Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure campaigns and listings are visually and contextually aligned.

• Contribute ideas for improving digital marketing and e-commerce operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: Intermediate or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• Experience: 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience preferred.

• Knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and basic analytics tools.

• Understanding of e-commerce operations (product uploads, order tracking, etc.).

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
