Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end operations across e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, IndiaMART, and the company website.

• Create, upload, optimize, and maintain product listings.

• Manage product pricing, discounts, promotional campaigns, and catalog updates.

• Process daily orders and ensure timely fulfillment and dispatch.

• Monitor and maintain inventory levels to avoid stock shortages or overselling.

• Handle order cancellations, returns, refunds, replacements, and customer issues.

• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and courier partners for smooth order processing.

• Reconcile orders, payments, and settlement reports.

• Track sales performance, prepare MIS reports, and analyze business metrics.

• Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and maintain excellent seller account health.

• Develop pricing strategies and optimize listings to improve sales and profitability.

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho, IndiaMART, or other e-commerce platforms.

• Strong knowledge of order management, pricing, inventory control, and catalog management.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Lookup Functions, and basic reporting).

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple marketplaces and prioritize tasks effectively.
