Role Overview LWC is seeking a complete E-commerce professional to own and grow its online business end to end — website, marketplace sales (Amazon, Tata Cliq), digital marketing, and advertising campaigns. This is a full-ownership role for someone who understands the e-commerce ecosystem inside out.

Key Responsibilities

● Manage and grow sales on Amazon India, Tata Cliq, and the company website (lwcthewatchboutique.com)

● Own listing quality, catalog health, pricing, and inventory sync across all online channels

● Plan and run digital advertising campaigns (Amazon PPC/Sponsored Ads, Meta, Google Ads) to drive sales

● Monitor account health, resolve marketplace issues (returns, complaints, operational cases) proactively

● Track and report key e-commerce metrics — sales, conversion, ad spend/ROAS, account health scores

● Coordinate with brand teams and internal stakeholders on online promotions and new launches

● Stay current on marketplace policies, seller programs, and e-commerce market trends

Requirements

● Proven experience managing Amazon Seller/Vendor accounts and other marketplaces (Tata Cliq, etc.)

● Hands-on experience running digital ad campaigns and understanding of campaign performance metrics

● Working knowledge of website management/e-commerce platforms

● Strong analytical skills — comfortable with sales dashboards and reporting

● Prior experience in retail, fashion, lifestyle, or luxury goods e-commerce is a plus
