Ecommerce Executive

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented E-commerce professional to manage our online sales operations across marketplaces and brand websites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving product listings, online promotions, customer engagement, and overall sales growth through digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update product listings, pricing, and inventory across e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify, etc.)

• Coordinate with marketing and design teams to create high-quality product content (titles, descriptions, images, keywords).

• Plan and execute online sales campaigns, offers, and product launches.

• Analyze sales reports and customer data to optimize performance and ROI.

• Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and pricing strategies.

• Ensure smooth order processing, fulfillment, and customer satisfaction.

• Handle customer queries, returns, and feedback professionally.

• Work closely with logistics and warehouse teams for timely dispatch and stock management.
