Ecommerce Executive Amazon / Flipkart

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our business on Amazon and Flipkart. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with marketplace operations, catalog management, listing optimization, inventory coordination, and performance monitoring. Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Management

• Manage daily operations on Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.

• Create, update, and optimize product listings.

• Maintain product catalog accuracy across marketplaces.

• Monitor listing quality and resolve catalog-related issues.

Catalog Management

• Create new ASINs and listings.

• Update product titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, and attributes.

• Resolve listing suppression, stranded inventory, and catalog errors.

• Handle variation (Parent-Child) creation and corrections.

• Coordinate with internal teams for product data and images.

Inventory & Order Management

• Monitor inventory levels.

• Coordinate stock updates across marketplaces.

• Track order processing and returns.

• Manage FBA and Easy Ship inventory.

• Ensure products remain active and buyable.

Account Health

• Monitor Account Health metrics.

• Resolve policy violations and listing issues.

• Raise cases with Amazon and Flipkart Support.

• Follow up on unresolved marketplace tickets.

Pricing & Promotions

• Update pricing.

• Create promotions and coupons.

• Monitor Buy Box performance.

• Coordinate pricing strategies with management.

Performance Monitoring

• Track daily sales.

• Prepare marketplace reports.

• Analyze product performance.

• Monitor conversion rate and traffic.

• Identify opportunities to improve sales.

SEO & Listing Optimization

• Write SEO-friendly product titles.

• Optimize bullet points and descriptions.

• Conduct keyword research.

• Improve product discoverability.

Coordination

• Work closely with Graphic Designers, Content Writers, Warehouse, and Operations teams.

• Ensure new products are launched on time.
