Ecommerce Account Manager

We are looking for a Ecommerce Account Manager to join our team at Sforce Services to plan and run online marketing campaigns. The responsibility includes managing social media, SEO, paid ads and other digital initiatives/projects. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25,000 - ₹40,000 and a dynamic learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product listing creation & optimization on e-commerce marketplaces

• Order processing and end-to-end order management

• Handling wrong claims / cases / reimbursements with marketplaces

• FBA management (inventory tracking, shipment creation, reconciliation)

• Managing returns, refunds, and customer issues

• Monitoring account health & performance metrics

• Coordinating with internal teams and marketplace support

• Ensuring smooth day-to-day e-commerce operations

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 6 years of experience. Knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads and basic analytics is also important for this role.
