Ecommerce Account Manager

We are looking for experienced and skilled professionals to manage and grow our online business across leading marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho.

Positions Required:

• Amazon Manager

• Flipkart Manager

• Meesho Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage seller accounts on respective platforms

• Product listing, optimization & catalog management

• Handling ads & promotions (PPC campaigns, deals, offers)

• Order processing, inventory management & stock updates

• Monitoring sales performance & generating reports

• Managing returns, refunds & customer queries

• Ensuring account health and policy compliance

Skills Required:

• Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms

• Knowledge of SEO for product listings

• Understanding of marketplace algorithms & sales strategies

• Basic knowledge of Excel / reporting tools

• Good communication and problem-solving skills

Objective:

To increase online sales, improve brand visibility, and efficiently manage operations across all e-commerce platforms.
