Ecommerce Account Manager

We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented E-Commerce Account Manager to oversee and grow our online marketplace and e-commerce business. The ideal candidate will manage relationships with online retail partners, optimize product listings, monitor sales performance, and implement strategies to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with e-commerce platforms and marketplace accounts.

• Monitor daily sales performance, inventory levels, pricing, and promotions.

• Optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, and keywords to improve visibility and conversions.

• Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.

• Coordinate with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure seamless account management.

• Develop and execute promotional campaigns to drive online sales.

• Resolve account-related issues, customer complaints, and platform compliance matters.

• Prepare regular performance reports and present insights to management.

• Track competitor activities and recommend strategies to maintain a competitive advantage.

• Ensure all product information is accurate and updated across e-commerce channels.
