We are looking for a skilled E-Commerce Operations Executive who can independently manage and handle seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other e-commerce platforms. The candidate should have hands-on experience in daily operations, listing management, order processing, and sales growth activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other marketplaces

• Create and optimize product listings (title, keywords, images, descriptions)

• Handle order processing, returns, refunds, and customer queries

• Monitor inventory, stock planning, and replenishment

• Manage pricing, offers, deals, and promotions

• Run and optimize ads/boosted listings (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, etc.)

• Coordinate with logistics and ensure smooth dispatch & delivery

• Handle account health, performance metrics, and policy compliance

• Work on sales growth, reports, and daily performance tracking

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho Supplier Panel

• Experience in cataloging, operations, and account management

• Basic understanding of keywords, SEO, and ads

• Good Excel and reporting skills

• Ability to handle multiple platforms independently

Experience

• Minimum 1–3 years experience in e-commerce operations

• Experience in Amazon / Flipkart / Meesho is mandatory

Preferred

• Knowledge of GST, invoicing, and courier processes

• Experience in handling multiple categories

• Problem-solving and ownership mindset
