Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented E-commerce Dispatch Manager to manage daily order processing, packing, dispatch, and delivery coordination for our e-commerce operations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately, packed properly, and dispatched within the committed timelines.

The ideal candidate should have good organizational skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with warehouse staff, courier partners, and e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Order Management

   • Monitor and process daily orders received through e-commerce platforms.

   • Verify customer details, product information, quantities, and payment status.

   • Ensure all orders are processed accurately and on time.

   • Handle order cancellations, modifications, and pending orders.

2. Packing & Dispatch Operations

   • Supervise daily product packing, labelling, and dispatch activities.

   • Ensure products are properly packed to prevent damage during transportation.

   • Generate shipping labels, invoices, and dispatch documents.

   • Ensure timely handover of shipments to courier partners.

3. Courier & Logistics Coordination

   • Coordinate with courier companies and delivery partners.

   • Schedule daily pickups and monitor shipment movement.

   • Track delayed, pending, and undelivered shipments.

   • Coordinate with logistics partners to resolve delivery-related issues.

4. Inventory Coordination

   • Coordinate with the warehouse team regarding product availability.

   • Maintain proper records of dispatched and pending orders.

   • Report stock shortages and inventory discrepancies.

   • Ensure accurate coordination between inventory and order management.

5. Returns & RTO Management

   • Monitor customer returns, damaged shipments, and RTO (Return to Origin) orders.

   • Coordinate with courier partners for reverse pickups.

   • Maintain records of returned and undelivered products.

   • Ensure returned products are properly checked and updated in inventory.

6. Reporting & Documentation

   • Maintain daily dispatch and order processing reports.

   • Track total orders, dispatched orders, pending orders, and delivery status.

   • Prepare daily operational reports for management.

   • Maintain accurate shipment and courier records.

Job Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.

• 0–1 years of experience in e-commerce, warehouse, dispatch, or logistics operations.

• Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.

• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, or similar platforms is an advantage.

• Knowledge of shipping portals such as Shiprocket, Delhivery, or other courier platforms is preferred.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to manage multiple orders and meet daily dispatch deadlines.

• Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented.
