Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive E-Commerce Executive to manage and optimize online sales operations across marketplaces and company websites. The ideal candidate will handle product listings, order processing, promotions, and performance tracking to drive online revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Shopify, etc.)
Create, update, and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, pricing)
Monitor inventory, stock levels, and coordinate with the warehouse/logistics team
Process and track orders, returns, refunds, and customer queries
Plan and execute online promotions, deals, and festive sales campaigns
Analyze sales performance, traffic, and conversion data
Coordinate with marketing teams for ads, SEO, and social media promotions
Ensure platform compliance, policies, and seller account health
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace management
Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central / Flipkart Seller Hub
Basic knowledge of Shopify / WooCommerce
Understanding of pricing, margins, and discount strategies
Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred Skills
Experience in D2C or omnichannel retail
Knowledge of e-commerce ads (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads)
Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing
Familiarity with payment gateways and order management systems
