Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase traffic and conversion across marketplaces and D2C website.
Manage and optimize campaigns on Amazon, Flipkart, 1mg, and other platforms (sponsored ads, deals, offers, and listings).
Handle performance marketing on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube, with a focus on ROI and cost-per-sale.
Coordinate with creative and content teams for ad creatives, banners, product videos, and brand storytelling.
Monitor and improve SEO, product rankings, and keyword strategy for e-commerce platforms.
Work closely with operations to manage stock, order flow, pricing, and customer experience.
Analyze metrics and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce marketing or growth management.
Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and D2C platforms like Shopify.
Proficient in digital ad platforms: Meta, Google, and Analytics tools.
Experience in building campaigns around consumer healthcare, ayurveda, or wellness is a plus.
Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
