Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive to support our marketplace operations across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Zepto, Blink it, JioMart, and others. The role involves assisting with listings, content uploads, campaign monitoring, and performance tracking to help scale our online business.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketplace Operations Support
Assist with onboarding new products and brands on various e-commerce and quick commerce platforms.
Coordinate with content and creative teams for uploading images, videos, A+ content, etc.
Ensure product listings comply with platform-specific requirements.
2. Listing Management & Optimization
Update product information, keywords, descriptions, pricing, and inventory on platforms.
Support SEO optimization and keyword tagging to enhance visibility.
Regularly audit listings for errors, suppression, or compliance issues.
3. Ad Campaign Coordination
Assist with campaign setup and monitoring across:
Amazon Ads (SP, SB, SD)
Flipkart Ads (PLA, PPC)
Zepto, Blinkit, and other quick commerce platforms
Track basic performance metrics like impressions, clicks, CTR, and ACOS.
4. Inventory & Pricing Coordination
Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure product availability.
Monitor pricing and promotions to maintain competitiveness and improve Buy Box win rate.
5. Reporting & Analytics
Maintain daily/weekly reports on product performance, stock levels, ad spends, and sales.
Use tools like Excel and Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.
Support brand and category teams with insights and performance summaries.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace management.
Working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or similar platforms.
Basic understanding of digital marketing or ad tools (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, etc.).
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and attention to detail.
Good coordination, communication, and time management skills.
Preferred:
Experience in FMCG or D2C brands.
Exposure to quick commerce platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, or 1MG.
Familiarity with ad dashboards or tools like Helium10.
Basic knowledge of SEO and product content optimization.
