Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage online marketplaces and drive sales growth. The candidate should have hands-on experience with fulfillment models like Seller Flex, FBF (Fulfilled by Flipkart), and FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon).

Key Responsibilities

Manage product listings on platforms like Amazon and Flipkart

Handle end-to-end operations for FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon), FBF (Fulfilled by Flipkart), and Seller Flex

Monitor inventory and ensure timely replenishment across fulfillment centers

Coordinate with warehouses for Seller Flex operations and order dispatch

Optimize product listings (SEO, keywords, images, descriptions)

Track orders, returns, cancellations, and refunds

Run deals, promotions, and advertising campaigns

Analyze sales reports and marketplace performance

Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and SLAs

Handle customer queries and maintain seller ratings

Required Skills

Experience with Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub

Strong understanding of FBA, FBF, and Seller Flex processes

Knowledge of inventory and order management

Basic understanding of digital marketing and SEO

Good communication and analytical skills

Proficiency in MS Excel

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Preferred Skills

Experience in marketplace ads (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads)

Familiarity with logistics and supply chain processes

Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics

Salary Range

₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience)
