Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented E-commerce Team Leader for our Digital Marketing Company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of E-commerce Executives, overseeing marketplace operations, ensuring smooth execution of client accounts, and driving growth across multiple online marketplaces.

The candidate should have strong leadership skills, extensive experience with marketplace management, and the ability to coordinate with internal departments such as Performance Marketing, Content, Design, Client Servicing, and Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of E-commerce Executives.

• Allocate daily tasks and monitor team productivity.

• Manage multiple client accounts across marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, Ajio, Nykaa, and other e-commerce platforms.

• Ensure timely product listing, catalog management, inventory updates, pricing, promotions, and order management.

• Coordinate with the Performance Marketing team for marketplace advertising campaigns and sales growth.

• Work closely with Content and Graphic Design teams to optimize product listings and creatives.

• Monitor marketplace performance, account health, and seller ratings.

• Resolve client queries and marketplace-related issues promptly.

• Analyze sales reports, campaign performance, and operational metrics to identify growth opportunities.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management and clients.

• Train new team members and conduct regular performance reviews.

• Ensure all client deliverables are completed accurately and within deadlines.

• Implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and client satisfaction.

Required Skills

• Strong leadership and people management skills.

• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho, Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa, and similar marketplaces.

• Knowledge of marketplace advertising and promotional tools.

• Strong understanding of catalog management, inventory control, pricing strategies, and order fulfillment.

• Excellent communication, client handling, and problem-solving skills.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Reporting).

• Strong analytical and reporting abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.

• 4–7 years of experience in E-commerce Operations.

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing a team members.

• Experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency or E-commerce Service Provider will be preferred.
