At Snugkins, we are a growing baby care brand offering thoughtfully designed, high-quality products for babies and parents. We sell through our own e-commerce website and leading online marketplaces.

We are looking for an E-commerce Executive – Catalogue & Merchandising to manage product listings, optimise our catalogue, and execute merchandising strategies across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra etc.

This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in marketplace cataloguing, data accuracy, and performance-driven merchandising.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the complete online product catalogue across snugkins.com and marketplace platforms, ensuring accurate product information, images, pricing, variants, and attributes.

• Handle product listings on Amazon Seller Central, including listing creation, bulk uploads, optimisations, and troubleshooting listing issues or errors.

• Coordinate with design, content, and data entry teams to ensure timely and accurate product updates.

• Execute effective merchandising strategies to improve product visibility, discoverability, and sales performance.

• Optimise product titles, descriptions, keywords, backend search terms, and attributes to improve search rankings and conversion rates.

• Monitor and update pricing, offers, and promotions to remain competitive while aligning with brand guidelines.

• Track product performance and prepare regular reports on catalogue health, sales trends, listing status, and key KPIs.

• Identify and resolve catalogue-related issues such as incorrect content, missing images, suppressed listings, or pricing discrepancies.

• Stay updated with Amazon policies, marketplace guidelines, SEO best practices, and e-commerce trends relevant to baby care and FMCG products.

Requirements

• Proven experience in e-commerce catalogue management and merchandising.

• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central (listing management, optimisation, troubleshooting).

• Experience handling baby care / FMCG / consumer product listings is a strong plus.

• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage timelines efficiently.

• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for catalogue tracking, bulk uploads, and reporting.

• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and suggest improvements.
