E commerce marketing executive

We are hiring an E-commerce Executive to manage online marketplace operations and support daily e-commerce activities. The candidate should have experience in handling product listings, order management, inventory updates, and customer coordination across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify, etc.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms

• Update product details, pricing, stock, and images

• Handle order processing, returns, and dispatch coordination

• Monitor sales performance and marketplace reports

• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams

• Resolve customer queries and maintain customer satisfaction

• Manage inventory and catalog updates regularly

• Support promotional campaigns and online offers

Required Skills

• Knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify, etc.

• Basic Excel and reporting knowledge

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Attention to detail and time management

• Problem-solving ability
