E commerce marketing executive

Job Summary

We’re looking for a results-driven E-commerce Specialist to manage and optimize our online sales channels. This role focuses on improving the customer journey, increasing conversion rates, managing product listings, and driving online revenue through data-backed decisions and digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and maintain e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Amazon, etc.)

• Upload, optimize, and update product listings (titles, descriptions, images, pricing)

• Monitor website performance, traffic, and conversion rates

• Execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email, social, paid ads)

• Analyze sales data and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities

• Coordinate with design, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations

• Manage promotions, discounts, and seasonal campaigns

• Ensure a seamless customer experience from landing page to checkout

• Track inventory levels and flag stock issues

• Stay updated on e-commerce trends, tools, and best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field

• Proven experience in e-commerce or online retail

• Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms and CMS tools

• Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and analytics

• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or similar tools

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with marketplaces like Amazon, eBay, or Etsy

• Knowledge of UX/UI best practices

• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge

• Experience with CRM and email marketing tools

• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
