E-commerce Marketplace Executive
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other marketplaces
Create, upload, and optimize product catalogs (titles, descriptions, keywords, images)
Monitor inventory levels, pricing, offers, and discounts across platforms
Handle daily marketplace operations: orders, returns, refunds, and customer queries
Track sales performance and prepare regular MIS and performance reports
Coordinate with internal teams for stock availability, dispatch, and replenishment
Ensure adherence to marketplace policies, guidelines, and SLAs
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Flipkart Seller Hub
Strong knowledge of catalog management and listing optimization
Understanding of marketplace pricing, deals, and promotions
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic data analysis
High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience managing Amazon Ads / Flipkart Ads
Prior experience in e-commerce or marketplace operations
