Job Opening – E-Commerce Executive

Company: Elton Marketing India Private Limited
Location: Mayapuri Industrial Area Phase-II, New Delhi
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Experience: 1–3 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain e-commerce marketplace accounts and online orders.

• Handle product listings, product descriptions, images, pricing and inventory updates.

• Process and monitor orders from order placement to delivery.

• Coordinate with courier/logistics partners for dispatch, delivery and return-related issues.

• Manage returns, cancellations, replacements and customer complaints.

• Maintain daily sales, order, inventory and marketplace reports.

• Monitor stock availability and coordinate with the store/warehouse team.

• Coordinate with accounts and management regarding online sales and payment-related matters.

• Handle marketplace portals such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and other e-commerce platforms.

• Ensure timely order processing and smooth day-to-day e-commerce operations.

• Monitor product performance, sales and customer feedback.

• Perform other e-commerce-related tasks as assigned by management.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho or other e-commerce platforms.

• Basic knowledge of Excel/MS Office.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Knowledge of order processing, inventory and returns management.

• Ability to prepare and maintain daily/weekly sales reports.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Should be responsible, organised and able to work independently.
