Job Summary

Ekanta Studio is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage daily e-commerce operations, product listings, order processing, inventory coordination, and online sales activities. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of e-commerce platforms and be able to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms.

Handle online orders, order processing, and dispatch coordination.

Monitor inventory and maintain accurate stock records.

Coordinate with courier partners for shipment tracking and delivery updates.

Update product descriptions, pricing, images, and availability.

Handle customer queries, returns, and order-related issues.

Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and internal teams.

Monitor online sales performance and prepare regular reports.

Support promotional campaigns and online sales activities.

Maintain accurate records of orders, returns, and inventory.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations preferred.

Knowledge of platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, or other online marketplaces.

Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

Good communication and organizational skills.

Ability to multitask and work independently.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
