Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 5 years of experience. Knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads and basic analytics is also important for this role.

Job Description – Amazon Ads Specialist / E-commerce Ads Specialist

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Amazon Ads Specialist who has strong hands-on experience in managing and optimizing Amazon advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of keyword targeting, competitor targeting, campaign structuring, bid optimization and ROAS/ACOS improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, manage and optimize Amazon PPC/Ads campaigns.

• Strong hands-on knowledge of Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display.

• Conduct detailed keyword research and identify high-performing and relevant search terms.

• Expertise in Exact, Phrase and Broad keyword targeting.

• Work on competitor targeting / product targeting, including targeting competitor ASINs and relevant products.

• Analyze Search Term Reports, Advertising Reports and campaign performance data.

• Optimize CPC, bids, budgets, ACOS, ROAS, CTR and conversion rates.

• Identify negative keywords and continuously improve campaign efficiency.

• Develop separate strategies for new launches, high-selling ASINs and low-performing products.

• Monitor competitor advertising activity, pricing and keyword positioning.

• Improve organic ranking and sales through effective paid advertising strategies.

• Manage campaign budgets and ensure optimum utilization of advertising spend.

• Regularly analyze campaign performance and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.

• Identify opportunities to scale profitable campaigns while controlling unnecessary ad spend.

• Work closely with the E-commerce team on pricing, promotions, inventory and product visibility.

• Manage and optimize Flipkart Ads as required.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong practical experience in Amazon Ads/PPC is mandatory.

• Excellent understanding of keyword research and keyword targeting.

• Strong knowledge of competitor/ASIN targeting and product targeting.

• Good understanding of Amazon PPC campaign structure and optimization.

• Ability to analyze data and take decisions based on ACOS, ROAS, CPC, CTR and conversion.

• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central.

• Working knowledge of Flipkart Ads.

• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets knowledge will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate

The candidate should be someone who has personally managed Amazon advertising campaigns, rather than someone who has only general e-commerce experience.

Key requirement: We need a hands-on Amazon Ads expert who understands why a campaign is performing, which keywords/ASINs should be targeted, how bids should be optimized, and how to scale sales profitably.
